Due to the nature of our products, we will not be accepting returns.

What we will offer, is a replacement or shop credit for certain circumstances. Please feel free to send us an email to info@soloperteorganics.com with any concerns about your purchases so we can do our best to work it out for you.

Your experience with us is our TOP priority and we will do whatever we can to ensure your happiness with any and all purchases. Customer service is key here!

Please note that SoloPerTe® LLC is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns & exchanges, and we do not assume responsibilities for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to SoloPerTe® LLC.



All items available for order will be shipped within 2-5 business day unless otherwise noted on the individual products description. You will receive an email notification containing all of the tracking information you need once your order has been shipped.


If you have any problems or concerns with your order (damaged, not what you expected, not received, etc.) PLEASE contact us so we can make it right for you. We truly want you to have the best customer service possible to really bring the experience to life, we will always try our hardest to resolve any situations for you.

Keep in mind that the products you’re purchasing with SoloPerTe®Organics are fresh made and 100% natural so each order can tend to have slight variations (like slight changes in color).


If you received an item that was damaged in transportation, please contact us immediately at info @soloperteorganics.com with the subject saying “Damaged Order.” We will gladly replace any damages reported within 48 hours of the order delivery.
